#Hop Space as you know it started in April 2022, but hasn’t always been smooth sailing.
Originally opened and owned by a different owner, the venue closed down in December 2021 due to her other business and family commitments. We were bought out and re-opened under new ownership in April 2022 and we’ve never looked back since.
With a new cosmetic make over menu and direction, #Hop Space has quickly become highly regarded by the local community for providing exceptional food, drinks and service.

Meet Jay, the owner and brains behind the operation.
In January 2022 Jay quit his cushy corporate mortgage broking job to follow his life long dream of owning his own business.
No stranger to Hospitality, Jay swapped his finance hat to his barista hat for the last time and hasn’t looked back since.
He is always constantly pushing the boundaries of food flavours, techniques and design to give our customers the ultimate dining experience in the heart of Springwood.
No stranger to the Logan area, being a JPC alumni, Jay’s vision is to bring some of the city into the suburbs.
